Donna Bauer is nationally recognized as the leading authority on discounted notes and the pre-foreclosure market. She founded The NoteBuyer, Inc. in 1990 and quickly became one of the most sought-after instructors in the industry, teaching alongside renowned wealth experts such as Donald Trump, Anthony Robbins, and Robert Kiyosaki. In addition to her corporate duties, Donna has served as consultant to a number of investment firms, pension plans, and high-net-worth investors.
Her personal investing career spans 25 years and includes thousands of note purchases and property transactions. Donna has also managed large-scale commercial developments, including a downtown highrise, office park, and 500-unit apartment complex. She frequently appears on television and radio as a distinguished expert on note buying, pre-foreclosures, IRA investing, and general real estate issues.
Donna founded The Connection Tree to unify the people and resources she has encountered during her career—and promote greater organization and efficiency in the real estate community.
William D. Schumacher II
Vice President of Associate Relations
William (Bill) Schumacher is a real estate entrepreneur with twenty years of experience as a land developer, builder, and consultant. Bill has coordinated land developments nationwide, from residential communities to industrial complexes. He is often called upon by our nation's courts to testify as an expert witness in real estate matters.
Bill has also built a successful track record in network marketing and product distribution. This experience is reflected in the The Connection Tree's robust member compensation plan and growth strategy. Bill's primary responsibility is to ensure the continued expansion of our member network.
John Diether
Director of Corporate Communications
John Diether is an award-winning author, editor, and video producer whose work is distributed throughout the world. He is responsible for corporate communications for both The Connection Tree and its parent firm The NoteBuyer, Inc., which he joined in 2005.
Prior to his tenure, John served as writer/producer for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for eight years. He has also worked as consultant to a number of organizations, including the U.S. State Department, International Labor Organization, and Creative Associates International. He is a multi-degreed graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Cindy Kobmann
Controller
Cindy Kobmann has nearly thirty years of experience in finance and accounting. She has served as controller of The NoteBuyer, Inc. since 2004 and has held similar positions in the manufacturing and construction industries.
Cindy graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in accounting.
Roger Birkle
Senior Web Developer
Roger Birkle specializes in technology development and implementation. His patented designs include wireless status monitoring equipment and vehicle locating systems. In 2000, Roger founded Reachout Technologies, a full-service IT consulting and software development firm.
He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in electrical engineering technology.
Dr. John Enyart
Information Technology Chief
An information technology pioneer, Dr. John Enyart has 35 years of IT management and consulting experience. He has worked with hundreds of public and private sector institutions to help define the Internet as we know it. He is also the founder of eLegal Supply, one of the oldest online office supply stores in the world.
Previously, Dr. Enyart served as professor of decision sciences and director of MBA admissions at the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
Steven R. Rosh, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Steven R. Rosh has more than 25 years of public accounting experience for a wide range of industries. He currently owns and operates four accounting and financial services offices in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. In addition, he has reached the executive levels of several networking marketing companies that specialize in financial services.
Steven is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and a licensed financial services representative and investment advisor. He graduated summa cum laude from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Emerson Brantley
Marketing Consultant
Emerson Brantley has over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business funding. With more than 7,200 direct marketing campaigns to his credit, he has created value for companies such as Disney, QVC, Fruehauf Corporation, and numerous government and nonprofit agencies.
Emerson has authored several business books, including 21 Secrets of Real Estate Millionaires and the bestseller Creating Success From The Inside Out. He graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University and is listed in Who's Who of Business Leaders Worldwide and Certified Marketing Executives.
